Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of ArcMirror, operated by Revenue Arc ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ArcMirror models a customer's first-party seed data to produce lookalike and suppression audiences as hashed-email lists, and helps deliver them to destinations the customer connects. The service is provided on a business-to-business basis.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and API tokens, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Access is currently invite-only during private preview.
3. Your data and responsibilities
- You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
- You represent that you have the rights and any required consents to upload and use the data, and to activate audiences on the connected platforms.
- You will comply with applicable law and the terms and policies of any ad platform you connect.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, including attempting to access other customers' data, uploading unlawful data, reverse-engineering the service, or using it to build a competing product.
5. Fees
Pricing is agreed separately (e.g., a CPM on delivered/served audiences). Applicable platform and data costs incurred through your connected accounts are your responsibility.
6. Availability
The service is provided during private preview on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete or return your data on request, subject to legal retention requirements.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Revenue Arc is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
